DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
GINA MELOSI aims to dispatch in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability.
Many pieces are made to order or customised, offering a bespoke service. Please allow additional time for production, as each piece is crafted by hand in our Berlin studio.
We ship using Deutsche Post / DHL / UPS for Germany, the US, and international deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary. GINA MELOSI is not responsible for delays caused by destination customs processes.
For international orders, local import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
All shipments are insured while in transit. A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods transfers to the customer.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and total value of the order.
RETURNS POLICY
Customers have the right to return unworn and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ginamelosi.com. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Returned items must be sent in their original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging, to ensure they are not damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by inadequate packaging.
For international returns, packages must be clearly marked “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or once proof of return shipment has been provided (whichever is earlier). Shipping costs are refundable only for standard delivery; any additional shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight variations in texture, form, and colour may occur.
EXCLUSIONS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Bespoke or customised pieces
Sale items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
BESPOKE
For bespoke commissions, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin production. This covers materials and production time.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before dispatch.
By confirming a bespoke order (in person, via email, or telephone), the client agrees to these terms.
