DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
gina melosi makes each item to order, offering a unique and bespoke service. Please allow a little extra time for us to create your piece by hand, and have it shipped VIA special delivery directly to you.
gina melosi aims to dispatch items in stock for your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, or sold out we can make it exclusively for you! Please contact us on email@example.com for more information.
To offer you the most secure and efficient service we have chosen Royal Mail for UK, US and all other international deliveries. As soon as your order has left our studio you will receive a dispatch EMAIL confirmation with the tracking number (Air Waybill) from the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and gina melosi is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
gina melosi insures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you.
shipment cost IS BASED ON WEIGHT AND TOTAL VALUE OF GOODS.
As our jewellery is handmade in the UK and made to order, gina melosi cannot offer refunds. However, in some cases (same day cancellation), we may offer a full refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of YOUR order.
Bespoke items and earrings (for hygiene purposes) are excluded from returns and refunds.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, items may vary slightly in texture, form and colour, and be different to the ones shown in our photographs.
On Bespoke orders gina melosi retains a non-refundable 50% of the final price of your order to cover for the ordering of raw materials and production time.
For Bespoke orders the deposit is charged once the client has agreed to go ahead with an order either during an appointment in the showroom or via a telephone or email confirmation.
Please note that for any orders placed within the studio and/or Bespoke Services the Distance Selling regulations do not apply.
